UAT Testers (Urgent)

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in Software Testing particularly in UAT. (Non negotiable)

Must have a relevant working/project experience in General Insurance, life/health insurance industry. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have a professional experience in testing tools and methodologies including Test Planning, Test Cases, Test Designs and Defect Tracking.

(Non-negotiable) A bachelor's degree holder of Computer Science, IT Management or any related courses. (Non-negotiable)

• Preferably with strong understanding of insurance health products and related business processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple talks in a fast-paced environment.

• Job Description

• Job Purpose: Help business execute test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures and testing system modifications to help prepare for system implementation by determining the requirements of a project or program, communicate them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners and provide support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle.

Conduct User acceptance Testing for core system related to insurance and health products.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure functionality, usability and performance of core system meets the business requirements.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop testing strategies.

Assist and/or provide UAT Signoff

• Provide timely and accurate feedback on test results, including detailed description of test outcomes to stakeholders, Business Analysts

Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing-related matters

• Conduct regression testing to verify that resolved defects to not happen to previously identified issues.

Pay: Php25,
