We are hiring for a UAT Manager for a bank client located in Makati.
This is a regular Day Shift Mon to Fri job
Salary is up to 180K based on experience
Main Requirement is at least 3 years of experience within the banking industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, andmentoringtesting team members
- Role will partner with stakeholders on creation of value story / business case
- Coordinate all cross application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams toprioritize enhancements and defects into releases
- Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
- Collaborate and provide release status to leadership team and stakeholders
- Raise tickets for changes bugs and actively follow up for closure
- Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team
- Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuingto build acceptance testing in alllocations
- Lead, develop and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individualand team sessions
- Identify and develop members within the team with the potential toassume more responsibility asneeded/available
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum relevant experience ideally from the banking industry
- Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies andbest practices
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in design of detailed test plans, andcreation and execution of testscripts
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
