Job Description

Oversees full cycle program processes and performance of project/program delivery teams to ensure that the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Responsible for driving continuous improvement of all aspects of program management in the business.

1.Facilitate work order / activity assignment for Vendors/MS or 3rd parties who attends on site activities

2.Administratively manage MS in terms of time tracking and workload distribution.

3.Attend to critical activities on site related to physical electrical power activities, migration of Physical Signaling connectivity's and installation quality verification.

4.Provide on site expert consultation advice to MA and Vendors in relation to installation, power tapping and equipment positioning of servers and switches during actual activities.

5.Perform Project Management for simple projects to augment shortage on PM.
