A. Facilitate coordination meetings between the tugs, subcontractor, to address clients forecast scheduling needs.
B. Collaborate with the crew for daily tasks, scheduled maintenance, safety protocols, inspections and manning.
C. Coordinate with client operational concerns, issues and updates
D. Monitors and coordinate clients chartered or owned vessel concerning port to port movement updates
E. Ensure thorough adherence to the vessel's requisition for fuel, water, and procurement needs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. including thorough verification of requisition details, and maintains record-keeping to support streamlined supply chain
F. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders (PPA/MARINA/Coast Guard/Harbor Pilot Office)
G. Maintain tug reliability by closely monitoring maintenance tasks in coordination with the Port Engineer/Port Captain
H. Assist in conducting regular inspections of tugs according to inspection checklists and established guidelines
I. Ensures timely collection and accuracy of dispatch tickets/mooring ticket on a daily basis for services rendered and must be encoded to Dispatch Monitoring Sheet
J. Collect and compile rendered Dispatch/Mooring tickets
Organize and maintain permanent records for company files.
