Reviews and scrutinizes all for construction drawings revisions for any conflict between trades that may arise prior to issuance of plans for actual implementation.- Supervises CADD operator/s with their work ensuring that everyone performs efficiently and develops a positive and collaborative relationship.
Controls the issuance of drawings for site implementation.
- Ensures timely preparation, submission and approval of submittals.
Ensures early detection and resolution of conflicts through submission of Request For Information (RFI) prior to actual site implementation.- Coordinates with the Construction Management/Project Management representatives, Design Consultants, Trade-Contractors and Sub-Contractors for clarifications and information distributions.
Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Preferably licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, Drafting Technology graduate or any related course.
- At least 5 years experience in actual building construction specially in vertical projects.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 3D visualization and manual drafting.- Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
