Job Purpose
Manage a team responsible for the marketing of Trust products and services and the management of portfolio accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support financial targets of Philippine Savings Bank by spearheading the marketing of Trust products
- Responsible for deepening client relationship by expanding product usage and increasing share of wallet
- Oversee account opening, Know Your Client, Client Suitability Assessment and Investment Policy setting to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Oversee execution of managed portfolio transactions
- Develop sales training program and sales spiel to market Trust products
- Provide product and sales training to Trust Marketing and Portfolio personnel
- Provide coaching and guidance to Trust Marketing and Portfolio Officers to ensure team goals are met
- Organize briefings and seminars on Trust products for existing and potential clients
- Together with Trust Division Head, coordinate with other business units in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral for Trust products
- Provide regular reports on actual vs. target performance numbers
- Keep up-to-date on competitor news to assess impact to competitiveness of PSBank Trust products and services
- Coordinate with other units in developing and launching new Trust products and services
Job Qualifications
Education
College Graduate
One-year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management
Experience
At least 3 years experience in Trust Marketing and/or Portfolio managing a team
