Lead Operations Team and coordinate various operational matters to deliver services to international clients / client servicing teams / management while ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and business risks are identified and managed;
Will lead and supervise clients invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing in line with company policies and clients needs;
Lead and supervise handling of business partner invoices;
Participate and lead various calls with other Mercator locations to discuss operational issues and be proactive in finding solutions;
Ensure that the team under supervision operates effectively and efficiently and that all team members are properly guided and motivated;
Plan team's resources in line with business demand, participating in the recruitment and selection process, lead, coach, develop and appraise employees;
Identify training needs of the team members, coordinate with other Mercator locations and ensure the necessary trainings are delivered. You will deliver different trainings to team members as required;
Will fully implement Mercator policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines.
Have a university degree (business / finance / accounting or related field);
4+ years of experience in an international company (experience with operations / invoicing would be an advantage);
1+ years of experience managing people / team;
Proven computer skills (Microsoft Office packages);
Solid analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills;
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively with multiple projects by setting priorities in a fast paced environment.
