Manage the establishment of a global network of Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) by active supervision in the identification, selection and negotiation processes in the formulation of agreements between Mercator and the TPSPs
Manage the relationship with the global network of TPSPs by active supervision in the resolution of conflicts/issues with TPSPs
Manage the optimization of existing network of TPSPs by formulating and implementing controls to ensure an effective and efficient cooperation
Review legal and administrative work of the Officers and endorse for approval the Service Agreements with TPSPs that meet Mercator's service standards and business policies
Liaise with Mercator Contracts Team and/or Legal Division of Citco for the approval of Service Agreements of TPSPs
Supervise the provision of accurate and timely information to Mercator Management/Client Servicing Teams and other stakeholders
Lead the realignment of Service Agreements/Mutual Agreements with TPSPs in line with the client service agreements and Mercator's financial targets
Lead the annual BP performance survey
Ensure that the Group's centralized bank of information, through SharePoint or such other System that may be developed by the Group in the future, are accurate, updated and effectively addresses the needs of the Group.
Prepare an annual strategic plan that sets out the Group's short, medium and long terms goals and plans
Review, supervise and manage the work performance of the Group, monitor the implementation of the Group's annual strategic plan and employ catch up plans to meet the Group's short, medium and long term goals
Manage multiple business relations with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with Mercator Management critical issues or matters and share information with the stakeholders in order to guarantee a satisfactory level of long-term relationships and services.
Develop and update technical skills and professional knowledge, monitor internal and external industry developments and share relevant information, to contribute to the desired knowledge level within Mercator by Citco
Prepare monthly KPI report and such other Management Report of the Group, as may be required
Recognize opportunities for new and existing contracts to contribute to the business development of clients and of Mercator, safeguarding Citco's interests
Supervise the ad hoc functions of the team such as Mercator Pricing and Risk Management
Closely coordinate with the Mercator Management/Client Servicing Team Leaders/Business Developers/Account Managers on any matters or issues that relate to TPSPs
Periodic review of work processes, standards and procedures and apply amendments/revisions to improve the Group's performance
Ensure that the Group members follow existing work standards and procedures and properly use internal/external systems
Recognize opportunities for Mercator and the Group and create business cases that will redound to the benefit of Mercator/Citco
Regular review of the capacity and skills of the members and examine areas for improvement
Create a training and development plan to develop and update the technical skills and professional knowledge of the members of the Group
Conduct performance appraisal of members
Prepare the jurisdiction assignments of the Group and delegate such other works to respective members
Ensure that a Business Continuity Plan is in place for the continued operations of the Group in cases of calamities or other emergencies
Take on cases escalated by the members of the Group for higher management approval
Assist team members in solving any work related issues
Ensure that the periodic management and administrative reports are submitted within the deadline
Cascade to members the policies and decisions of Management relating to the Group or HR matters
You have a degree in Law (preferable)
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
