College Level or equivalent experience.
Experience in a Freight Forwarding or Brokerage Company is an advantage.
Must be good in handling personnel.
Ensure that all trucking permits, issuances, clearance etc are always updated.
Ensure that all trucks have daily trips.
Monitor and record payments.
Report on every trucking request for billing.
Coordinate to account handlers for all trucking requests and concerns.
Coordination with drivers and helper.
Booking of container, pick up, drop off.
Pre-advise empty container thru email.
Knowledge in Pre Advise Request (Shipping Lines).
Perform monitoring schedule of deliveries and can extend office hours.
