General Duties
i. Responsible in reviewing the list of pre-qualified accounts for CTS provided by the sales admin and bank prior to loan availment- ITH availment calendar, disqualified accounts for revalidation to concerned departments. This also include qualification of accounts for SOR Financing.
ii. Handles the account review and transaction documentation during loan availment.
iii.Confirms the veracity of Net Present Value (NPV) computations on sale, interest rebate on rescission, and knock off accounts, if any.
iv. Provide details of loan availment/sales of receivable to concerned finance sections via email.
v. Complies with the requirement of the bank to submit the duly signed Certification of Pre-Payment for settled CTS financing accounts through coordination with BCD.
vi. Checks weekly projection reports prior to submission to immediate head for review and section's approval before forwarding the same to Cash and Loans Reporting Unit to facilitate preparation of cash flow projection report as well as borrowing plan for the SMDC Group.
vii. Complies with the annual regulatory requirements of the bank as needed and secure the validity of corporate documents.
viii. Complies with the submission /return of CCT, TD and RPT including the fire insurance as needed.
ix. Manage weekly and monthly reporting as may be needed by the Unit Head in relation to Monthly Reporting of CTS and SOR Balances and Settlement.
x. Supervises the after-sale activities and monitoring such as but not limited to updating of accounts SAP diary tracking, E-log, and updating of monitoring file as support system in the SOR Team
xi. Supervises the compliance to provisions of the servicing agreement such as but not limited to coordination to concerned departments/sections/units teams for the remittance of buyer's monthly amortization, buyer's notifications and PDC submissions, if any.
xii. Assist in the coordination of SOR related matters such as buyer's payment validation to concerned departments/sections/units or teams.

Education
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Banking or Financial Management or related field
Experience
With at least three years of working experience in Finance or Treasury in the same capacity.
