Job Function: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administer the daily performance of tasks related to sales collections, bills payment & customer service products.
Manage Loose Change Fund and maintain the availability of coins and bills making sure that all are properly accounted for
- Ensure that all turned over cash and checks are deposited on time; make sure that confirmation of checks is handled properly
Check whether actual cash and checks turned over by Treasury Assistant tallies with the turnover report- Manage team and self-development
* Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or related industry
