Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Treasury:

  • In charge of check voucher preparation, printing of checks, presentation of checks for signature to signatories, check releasing, and filing of vouchers.

  • Prepares bank letter advisory, payment slips, debit memos and online payments

  • Ensures receipts and disbursements are accounted for and coordinated to respective departments

  • Monitor loans and interests and ensure funding and timely payment

  • Monitor money market placements

  • Handles collection from the Makati office and issues receipts

  • Prepares deposit slips and ensures timely deposit of collections

  • Prepare daily cash position report

  • Prepares monthly cashflow statement report

  • Act as petty cash custodian

  • Coordinates and collects documents for banking requirements

  • Assist with month/year-end closing

  • Others that may be assigned from time to time
  • Account Management:

  • Prepares sales documentation such as but not limited to the reservation agreement, payment schedule, contract to sell, and deed of absolute sale.

  • Monitor buyers payments and ensure respective action plans for stages of payments are met

  • Ensure payment of taxes on related realty sales such as but not limited to: BIR Forms 1606 & 2000OT

  • In charge of safekeeping of sales dockets and ensuring all correspondence to and from clients and/or receipts, are intact

  • Coordinates with liaison staff/officer and monitors buyers transfer of title
  • Billing and Collection:

  • Generate and process billing statements to clients.

  • Monitor billing and coordinate with respective departments billings per contracts against actual service provided

  • Ensures timely collection of receivables

  • Prepares and sends letters to clients as but not limited to notice of arrears, grace period, notice of cancellation, and final notice of cancellation

  • Handles client's requests and inquiries on their account including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of restructuring agreement

  • Others that may be assigned from time to time
  • Sales Admin:

  • Prepare sales report

  • Updating of inventory records for sales, cancellation, hold of units and re-open.
