Treasury Specialist

Treasury Specialist reports directly to the Treasury Supervisor and responsible for effectively managing the various functional units of Treasury Department covering the areas of Receipt and Disbursement, Capital Raising Activities, Cash Management Solutions and Foreign Exchange Transactions. He must be able to collaborate and work with other departments and banks in resolving Treasury-related issues.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receipt and Disbursement
• Oversees and checks payments with local and foreign suppliers

Supports the Treasury Associates in the validation of online payments & sends confirmation to Credit & Collections and Accounts Payable Team

• Supervises the treasury associates in preparing the summary and reporting all transactions made for the day

• Capital Raising Activities
• Coordinate with bank/s depending on the need/s of the Company (funding, investment, etc.).

Assists in raising working capital requirements by creating presentations and understanding the company's financial requirements.

• Cash Management Solutions
• Develops treasury process by coordinating with the bank/s depending on the need of the Company in terms of cash management solutions.

Supervises the treasury associates in preparing enrollment/bank forms for bank products and services.

• Assists the department/s in using the existing cash management solutions/bank products and services.

• Foreign Exchange Transaction
• Telegraphic Transfer payments to suppliers, including coordination of completion, administer the daily performance of tasks related to Forex / Remittance, USD Payables Monitoring.

• Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree

• At least 3 years relevant experience

Experience with cash management operations

• Foreign exchange exposure management and products

Strong analytical skills and financial / treasury systems literate.

• Excellent communicator at all levels.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Proactive approach to task management and self-development.
