Job Description

The Treasury Operations Officer is primarily responsible for assisting the Department Head and Deputy Department Head in ensuring the proper implementation of key tasks, including the generation and submission of internal and regulatory reports, monitoring and reconciling treasury transactions, and overseeing KYC documents submitted by the Treasury front office through Domestic and International Treasury Operations. Additionally, the officer monitors and controls the division's supplies, ensures that AMLA CTRs are reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate unit for submission to the AMLC, and assists the unit head in ensuring compliance with established guidelines. The officer also serves as the Subject Matter Expert for the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Accounting.
  • Experience in banking operations, processing control, report preparation, and supervisory roles.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of treasury products and their behavior; understands treasury flow processes and the importance and impact of each report on the group.
  • Must have familiarity with BSP regulatory reports.
