Treasury Head

_Job Qualifications:_

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course.

Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word

Personal Attributes: Accurate, organized, trustworthy, efficient, good bookkeeping skills, can work with minimal supervision

• Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City

• Treasury Head is responsible for handling the bank transactions ensuring that all disbursements for each bank are funded; allocating the collections to proper banks that need to be funded, and ensuring that no check payment to suppliers will be returned to maintain the good relationships with the banks.

• Key Tasks:

Update bank passbooks, check online banking movements and vouchers list

• Update cashflow report on a daily basis

Ensure that the check payments released to suppliers and business partners are funded

• Coordinate with credit for the daily collection and possible collection for the coming week

Coordinate with the courier on the activities with the banks

• Coordinate with the Senior Manager- Finance on the bank loans movements

Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,
