The Treasury Cash Management Analyst is responsible for optimizing cash balances, ensuring cost-effective liquidity, and effectively managing financial exposures. This role involves delivering timely, transparent, and expert cash management advice, solutions, services, and safeguards. The analyst will manage and develop relationships with global and regional banking partners to optimize and ensure access to liquidity. Additionally, the role ensures that all cash management and banking activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with Corporate Policy 140.

- Cash Optimization and Liquidity Management:
- Optimize cash balances to ensure cost-effective liquidity.
- Manage financial exposures effectively.
- Expert Advice and Solutions:
- Deliver timely, transparent, and sound expert cash management advice.
- Provide solutions, services, and safeguards related to cash management.
- Banking Relationships:
- Manage and develop relationships with global and regional banking partners.
- Ensure access to liquidity through effective banking partnerships.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all cash management and banking activities are consistent with Corporate Policy 140.
- Negotiate banking agreements, incorporating Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Privacy, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
- Operational Activities:
- Conduct cash positioning and forecasting.
- Administer intercompany loans, investments, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Internal Controls, Digital and IT Systems:
- Maintain a robust compliance and internal control environment.
- Design and implement cost-effective cash management and banking systems, processes, and controls.
- Engage with Digital Core S/4HANA team(s) to ensure Treasury needs and priorities are understood and incorporated.
- Support Finance Digital Platform and Treasury Risk Management (TRM) Product Line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and practices.
- Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Privacy, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in cash management systems and financial software.

- Financial Analysis and Cash Management: Skilled in analyzing financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. Experienced with cash management tools and systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable about KYC, AML, Data Privacy, and other regulatory requirements. Ensures accuracy in managing financial data.
