AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp is the leading developer and operator of industrial parks and real estate logistics facilities in the Philippines. The team is looking for a Treasury Associate / Cashier.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time Treasury Associate to be assigned in a Commercial Center responsible in handing the following:
- Ensure that Official Receipts are issued for all payments received and that those are deposited immediately.
- Prepare accurate daily cash and checks collection reports.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports as required by Management Information System (MIS);
- Advise Operations and Credit & Collection about returned checks as soon as possible.
- Maintains enough petty cash daily for employees needs.
- Update petty cash vouchers through SAP.
- Secure and account for all cash and check collections.
- Responsible for the monthly Creditable withholding tax (CWT) clearing
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in cashiering or fund custodianship.
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Amenability to work in Southpark Center, Muntinlupa
