Main Responsibilities:- Processing check voucher via CMS and manually printing checks
Reviewing the APV documents submitted by the accounting department before processing the check- Releasing checks to the payees, officers and employees
Checking entries on official receipts/acknowledgement receipt and update the information in the system
- Forwarding of paid voucher and reconciliation with the accounting department
Attending to payment queries and reconciliation with suppliers, officers and employees- Assisting the accounting department in retrieving all the vouchers needed for internal/external auditing
Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Treasury Assistant
With good oral and written communication skills- Willing to work onsite at the Head Office, BGC, Taguig City
