Position: Travel Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Flexible working Shift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Non- bachelor's degree holder.
With 3 years work experience in corporate travel arrangement.
Willing to attend face-to-face interview if requested.
Willing to start immediately.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for bookings of flight, hotels, and car rentals.
Responsible for ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
Oversee Amadeus and other GDS queues daily.
Manage answering all calls withing 3 rings.
Responsible in assisting customers and other travel-related inquiries or issues.
