Supports the Asurion Philippine Security Operations Center (PHSOC) for the continual protection of people especially international and domestic travelers and assignees in the Philippines (PH) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) Region in-line with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Drives travel safety, security, and emergency preparedness protocols in accordance with established policy.
- Maintains appropriate network of contacts with accredited hotels and VIP car provider (PH only) to ensure the safety and protection of travelers.
- Lead the accreditation and qualification of hotels with close collaboration of executive admins and US and local GIP teams.
- Creates and disseminates a timely and up-to-date event and issue briefers (in a form of advisory) to travelers.
- Monitors inbound and outbound travelers thru Tracker tool in PH, APAC, and Japan
- Consolidates travel information with accuracy and completeness of inbound and outbound travelers.
- Formulates and sends-out travel safety and security advisory to inbound traveler prior their arrival in their destination. This also includes sending of welcome note and ISOS check-in reminder via SMS and email upon arrival of travelers in their port of destination.
- Provide country-specific arrival and departure requirements to all travelers.
- Guide, assist and account travelers during emergency situations.
- Maintain travel security dashboard and provide monthly report-out to regional leads.
- Align with and implement global travel security policy in the region.
- Manages departmental administrative and logistical requirements.
- Perform other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must have at least 3 years experience in travel security and related field
