QUALIFICATIONS:- Edu: SHS grad / College Grad / College Undergrad (4 semesters with no back subject)
Exp: Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience in BPO setup
- Excellent Written and Verbal English communication skills

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.- Promote travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance each customer's journey.
Efficiently handle flight, hotel, and car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Offer personalized destination recommendations, travel tips, and guidance on visa requirements, building trust and loyalty with our guests.
Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, demonstrating empathy and commitment to customer well-being.- Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with our sales consultants.
Sell vacation packages to qualifying guests, adhering to qualification standards.
- Assist guests with questions related to vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
Facilitate reservations for our valued guests.
