• What is your mission

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers needs.

Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.

• Answer and assist customers inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.

Assist customers requests and inquiries on frequent flyers program and Star Alliance-related needs.

• Who are we looking for

College level

• Must have at least 1 year of BPO work experience

With at least 6 months experience handling an airline account

• Preferably with chat and/or email experience

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Amenable to work in rotating shifts

Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
