Job Summary:Facilitate travel arrangements for individual or group of employees in accordance to company's Business Travel policy to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate closely with employees, stakeholders, and other divisions involved in ensuring seamless delivery of travel-related services.
Consolidate domestic and international travel requirements based on approved strategic plan and budget.
- Facilitate approved travel arrangements which includes making reservations for transportation and lodging.
Coordinate with accredited travel agency to determine optimal transportation routes to achieve cost and time efficiencies while maintaining safety of employees.- Communicate upcoming bulk travels to inter-dependent departments, i.e. HR, Accounting, vendors, etc.
Facilitate travel expense reimbursements and per diem of employees, e.g. raise Payment Request Form (PRF)
- Manage company fleet of vehicles under finance-leasing program
Coordinate communication and interface with internal and external business partners.- Establish KPIs and publish report to key stakeholders
Ensure highest level of customer service satisfaction and safety standards are given to each employee traveler
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system of electronic documents- Support other HR Admin activities
Educational Background : College Graduate, preferably Travel & Tourism or related field- Work Experience : At least three (3) years experience in booking corporate travel
Skills :- Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Excellent problem- solving skills- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Has keen attention to details
