JOB SUMMARY:This position is primarily responsible for offering travel options to our corporate clients, considering the Company's travel policies, timing, and cost via phone and electronic communication by performing the following duties.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Tourism or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years corporate travel-related accounts and/or call center experience with High level customer service orientation and decision-making skills
CRS/GDS background a must (native Apollo or Sabre preferred)- Ability to project a positive reservations & sales attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Expert with International reservations and corporate travel
Experience with ticket issuance and invoicing an advantage.- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office programs and other CRM Tools
Flexibility with shifting schedules
Willing to be assigned in Makati / Quezon city / Alabang
