Minimum Qualifications:- Preferably graduate in Tourism/Travel Industry/, Airport Operations/Management, Communications, and other similar courses;
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;- Has great attention to detail;
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Sales/BPO experience is an advantage;
Any global distribution system experience is an advantage;- Preferably residing within Metro Manila
Job Responsibilities:- Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
