Job Description Implements operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency of the entire transportation service.
Representation in meetings and effectively communicate with different departments for issues and concerns related to Hotel Transportation.
Responsible for the timely hotel transportation vehicles registration and insurance, routine maintenance.
Reviews and analyzes financial and operational forecasts and reports needed by the Management.
Manage the synergy between Hotel Vehicle Maintenance, Valet Parking Service, Shuttle Service, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent and seamless service delivery to all types of guests and clients.
Conducts regular meetings to assess daily operations and solves any issues that arise.
Strategies on game plans for large events, emergencies, and natural disasters.
Optimize the manpower arrangement to meet the Hotel Operational demands.
Promotes continuous growth and development, good conduct, grooming, hygiene, uniform, and overall appearance for all Hotel Transportation team members.
Identifies opportunities by enhancing departmental tools and equipment, updating of processes and procedures.
Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Management, or Associated Discipline
Three (3) years work experience in the same position, preferably in hotel industry
With valid Professional Driver's License (1,2,3)
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
