- Plan delivery routes.
- Dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
- Record shipment details on the computer system. Respond to client feedback or complaints.
- Establish company routes concentrating on customer service.
- Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of Daily trip reports and Proof of Delivery compliance.
- Perform in collaboration with Cluster Head to enhance load capacity and reduce damaged merchandise and loading errors. Respond to handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties
- Support management team to supervise transportation personnel.
- A degree in business management, logistics or a related field.
- With 2 years experience as a transport coordinator or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Laguna.
