Your Contributions
Transformational Mixed Architecture Engineering Strategy and Implementation
Transformational DFX (Testing, Manufacturing and Compliance) Simulation
Transformational Product Delivery Strategy and Implementation
Transformational Quality, Time and Cost Strategy and Implementation
Strategy
Research and design mixed architectures and systems
Research and design analog and digital schematics
Research and create test and measurement simulations
Research and perform DFT,DFM, design for compliance
Research and perform component and cost engineering
Research, select, implement and maintain digital solutions to enable Customer self-services
Define, implement and measure OKRs, KPIs and Metrics systems to drive a performance-based
organization
Create and update policies and guidelines to ensure governance and compliance
Create and deploy Leadership programs to train individuals into becoming Customer centric,
innovative and inspiring leaders
Develop and maintain health, safety and employee welfare to create a sustainable workplace
Operations
Use analytical tools to measure organizational issues, identify root causes and implement short as well as permanent solutions
Identify and eliminate all non-value adding activities through automation or outsourcing
Qualifications
10-year Experience in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
7-year Experience in mixed Analog and Digital Electronics
Global, Multi-Cultural, Matrix Organization Experience
