JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Processes enrollment of Gcash accounts and other similar accounts, E-wallet thru the portal of disbursement channel.
Addresses concern raised by users which include but not limited to enrollment, credit concerns, after credits concerns.Conducts trainings to users.
Coordinates with providers for escalated matters that require intervention of providers.
- Monitors progress of compliance of branches on disbursement and collection channels in place.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Any Business or Computer Course.
Preferably with 2-year of experience in help deskExcellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail, results oriented and solution driven
- Possesses the core values of excellence, integrity, stewardship and servanthood
Position will be based at the Corporate Head Office of TSPI located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
