This is a part-time remote role for a Transaction Coordinator at Uncommon Real Estate Investments. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating property transactions, overseeing escrow processes, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and providing top-notch customer service in all interactions.

• Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skills
• Experience in Escrow processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage remote transactions efficiently
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations
• Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination is a plus
