Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from start to finish
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Schedule and attend closing meetings
- Prepare and distribute closing documents
- Calculate and process financial transactions, including escrow payments
- Maintain organized records of all transaction-related documents
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills, including proficiency in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with escrow procedures and real estate contracts
- Knowledge of banking processes and financial transactions
- Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with relevant software applications
Note: Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
