The Channel Manager partners with TBG units and all stakeholders to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize and communicate business needs to ensure that downstream teams completely understand project scope, objectives and requirements of the online channels. He/She helps lead collaboration, helps facilitate project activities, and creates and communicates artifacts that translate TBG's business needs into the outputs of the online channels.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Drives the outcomes and priorities for projects of important scope and impact including enhancement of existing online channels with foundation for one or more new workflows.
- Works with stakeholders to coordinate requirements to deliver key business value to target markets and enhance online customer experience.
- Defines major and detailed customer experience requirements and priorities in collaboration with project teams and working groups.
- Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably business background.
- At least 3 years of experience in product and channel management
- Ability to present complex ideas in a simplified manner
- Preferably with experience in an agile environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
