The
Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training of new hires and evaluates training effectiveness through store visits and audits.
Conducts and certifies training of new employees (Rank and File, Managers)
- Creates and updates training decks, certification sheets, quizzes, exams and delivers training programs as scheduled.
Prepares and executes training designs & methodologies.- Evaluates training effectiveness through store visits & audits.
Prepares improvement action plans on training related interventions. Coordinates with Operations and concerned departments for other interventions needed to improve employee performance.
A graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in managing restaurant operations, or worked in F&B Industry and/or Training Department
Knowledgeable in POS Shift and People Management- Proficient with Microsoft Applications, Video editing, and Photoshop
Has excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Extensive knowledge in Food Safety
Having an instructional design skill
is a plus
