RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design and execute orientation programs for retail sales teams
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires- Act as a consultant to sales personnel for challenges they have on the job
Observe how sales personnel interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases- Advise sales personnel how to upsell products and services
Apply various sales training techniques
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
- Graduate of BS in Psychology or any 4-year business course
With at least 3 years of work experience on Retail Sales Training
- Above-average communication skills
Very adept on using computer applications on conducting the trainings- With average knowledge with Training Need Analysis
Can work with minimal supervision
- Preferably knows how to driver 4-wheels (AT)
