Proven experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory level. (leadership role is a plus)- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and learning management system.
Knowledge of insurance industry practices, products, and regulations is an advantage but not required.
