Position: Training Supervisor (Operational Process) Logistics/ FMCG

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Job Summary:
The Training Supervisor (Operational Process) is responsible for leading and managing training initiatives focused on operational processes. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance and ensure alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in operational process training.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee training programs related to operational processes.
Identify training needs through client interactions and assessments.
Conduct training sessions and ensure they meet organizational and industry standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to reinforce learning.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Facilitate communication with clients to address any training-related issues or needs.
Keep accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in operational process training.
Experience in client-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using training software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in developing and implementing training materials.
Knowledge of training evaluation methods and performance metrics.
