The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training programs and development initiatives within the organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions to ensure that employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively. The Training Supervisor will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualification:
- Training Manager - handling a team of Trainers.
- 3 years of Managerial experience (Sup, Asst Manager, Mgr).
- 5 years of overall training experience.
- 1 year in US Telco account.
- MS Excel Skills.
