Role & Responsibilities:
- Offer educational events, workshops and training programs.
Help to develop and deliver webinars and workshops related to the subject matters mentioned above.- Work with Product team and line manager to achieve frequent, timely and positive outcomes.
Desirable Requirements:- Qualification and/or experience of working in technology company: Microsoft partners, Sis, etc.
Confidence in dealing with difficult situations or conversations but also able to escalate where necessary.
- Strong background in Microsoft apps and solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels and with authenticity both verbally & and in writing, be people focused and know how to adjust your approach depending on the situation
Ability to create a sustainable program for each client from coordination from pre, during and after each session as well as establishing concrete next steps and generating qualified opportunities out of the session conducted. This also includes creation of minutes of meetings/sessions and handing over necessary details and deliverables to the right personnel
