Role Overview:

As a Project-based Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive 2-hour AI Prompt Engineering workshop. This workshop will be specifically tailored for remote teams, including BPO firms, virtual assistant agencies, and small businesses. Salary to be discussed during interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize a detailed 2-hour AI Prompt Engineering workshop content.
• Design the curriculum to meet the specific needs of remote teams.
• Facilitate the workshop effectively to ensure participant engagement and learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and provide actionable feedback.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive workshop curriculum and materials.
• Effective delivery of the 2-hour AI Prompt Engineering workshop.
• Post-training evaluation report.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training workshops.
• Knowledge in AI technologies and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of remote team dynamics and training needs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
