DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify the training needs of individuals.
Design and develop training programs and materials based on identified needs.- Facilitate training sessions using various methods while ensuring that training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational goals.
Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Generate reports to track the progress and impact of training initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholder and Department the schedule of training activities.
Knowledgeable with principles, training methods, technical writing, and techniques used in adult education.- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point, video editing
Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of training programs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills required
Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people- Process-oriented and Analytical
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
