- The day-to-day activities:
Training Program Development: Support in the design and development of comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of Grab drivers, including onboarding, safety protocols, customer service, and the use of the Grab driver app.
- Facilitation: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars for drivers across various markets in Southeast Asia. Utilize a blend of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
Materials Creation: Develop training materials, manuals, and online resources that are clear, concise, and informative. Ensure all training content is up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and technology changes.- Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics. Use insights to make continuous improvements to the training curriculum.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, safety, and customer service teams to align training programs with company standards and market-specific requirements. Collaborate with local market teams to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new training methods, and technologies that can enhance the driver training experience. Implement innovative training solutions to keep the curriculum engaging and effective.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to drivers, addressing any questions or concerns related to their training and development.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in training development and facilitation, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or customer service industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to design interactive and impactful training programs.- Proficient in the use of technology and training software.
Ability to work flexibly and travel across Southeast Asia to deliver training sessions.
- Fluency in English and one or more Southeast Asian languages is highly desirable.
