Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs to employees within the office of our organization.
Responsible for facilitating training sessions, designing curriculum, and assessing the training needs of the head office to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job effectively.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through employees feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant training programs for employees in
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as presentation, group discussion, and simulating, to ensure effective learning and knowledge retention.
Develop training materials, including presentations, modules, handouts, and online resources, to support the delivery of training programmers.- Ensure that training programmers comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Preferred with at least 2-4 years of experience- Ability to engage and inspire members
Has experience handling trainings and seminars
