JOB DESCRIPTION:- Responsible for end-to-end sales recruitment initiatives.
- Expands sourcing channels for potential sales recruits:
Strengthens online presence for sales recruitment.- Partner with professional organization/s and schools for recruitment event/s.
Explore opportunities to expand network with sales professionals.
- Evaluates candidates based on the identified success profile and role profiling standards:
Facilitate interviews of sellers and sales leaders to fill vacancies in the sales teams.
- Recommend and endorses candidates for onboarding.
Discuss content of offer sheet, contract, and role expectations.
- Ensure positive candidate experience following recruitment process:
Review recruitment process and seek feedback from Sales Teams.- Benchmark with other companies and recommend best practices.
Measure success of recruitment initiatives and provide reports.
- Organize and execute training programs for employees and existing sellers:
Identify learning needs and performance gaps.
- Conceptualize, recommend, and initiate employee and sales training activities aimed to improve knowledge, skills, and attitude for employees and sales teams to drive motivation and performance.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.- Benchmark with other industry leaders on learning program approaches.
Monitor calendar of training activities for both employees and sales teams.
- Performs other duties aside from the primary tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and/or any related degree/course.
- With at least 1 year related experience in real estate sales recruitment and training. Fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply.
