The
Training Program Designer (Program & Experience Consultant) is responsible for the design and development of digital marketing programs for students both online and offline, for both B2C and B2B programs. The job will entail developing certain courses, from program project management, design down to content development. In doing so, they will work directly with internal departments (such as the CX Team, Partnerships, and Marketing and Sales Team), as well as Subject Matter Experts.
This position is part of the Product and Experience team and also reports to the Product & Experience Manager.
This is an
independent contractor position. Contract will be for 3 months, and may be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties.
The work will be done while working from home, however the Consultant must be ready to also work on-site when needed. The Consultant is also given the flexibility to choose when to render the hours within the month, as long as he or she can submit the deliverables on time and will also be available for meetings during the day as needed.
The consultant is required to render an estimated 80 hours/month. At the start of the every month, there will be an alignment on how many hours will be rendered for the projects that will be assigned to the Consultant for that month.
The consultant will be paid
Php300 gross per hour.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
Has considerable experience in research, training design & development and at least three (3) years experience from the education, training, business process outsourcing, marketing, advertising or related industries- Has sufficient understanding of marketing, advertising, and the digital economy
Excellent communication skills, English and Filipino, for both oral and written tasks.
