Training Officer

Requirements:

At least 1 or 2 years experience

Must have experience in Management trainee or Shift Supervisor Position

Experience in the field of training is a plus

Computer literate, knowledge in excel, powerpoint, word, etc.

Has great communication skills and has a natural knack for teaching

Graduate of any 4 years course from college or at least 2 years undergraduate in college level/vocational course

Has excellent knowledge in operational processes and products

Must willing to do field works

• Duties:

Assists the Area business leaders and area trainers in executing trainings for branches that are about to open

Coordinates and evaluates trainee performance

Evaluates trainers and coach's performance based on the training modules executed

Monitors implementation of training module that certifies current area trainers

schedules bi-annual skills verification program

facilitates developmental needs of current trainers and coaches across the brand

All other training relate tasks

Pay: Php18,
