The Training Officer is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of a company's workforce. Provide training, support, guidance, mentoring, and coaching to the members of the operations team. Assist in developing and designing training modules and guides for the workforce.

Graduate of a 4-year Business Management course, Education and other related course
-Background in Training
-2-3 years as Instructor/ Trainer
- Skills & Other Qualifications

Experienced in all facets of restaurant operations including training
-Proven ability to master the full training cycle
-Has basic knowledge in training gap analysis
-Familiar in preparing training guides and other standard training materials
-Demonstrated leadership and development skills with excellent performance standards with a Tim Hortons Restaurant or comparable work record, preferably in restaurant or in the retail / hospitality industry -pre-opening, operations centered
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally to impact significance business outcomes
-Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Strong windows -based computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
-Pro-active and willing to do what is required to get the job done
-English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient regarding and verbal comprehension
-Must of good moral character and integrity.
