Responsible in handling the learning and professional development of the Station's Forecourt Staff and equip them with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to carry out their work activities effectively.
- Identify learning and development needs of Forecourt Staff and employees within the department through needs analysis, appraisals, focus group discussions, and regular consultation with the Stations Operations Team and Stations Support Group.
Design learning and development programs based on the needs of the Forecourt Staff and employees within the department.- Collaborate with the Stations Operations Team and Stations Support Group to produce quality programs that are relevant to the Forecourt Staff and employees within the department.
Develop and execute an Onboarding Plan for newly hired Forecourt Staff.
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met and completed.
Manage effective delivery of learning and development programs.- Develop learning and development materials, modules and courses.
Conduct appraisals and/or quality checks to monitor and evaluate Forecourt Staff performance using the Forecourt Staff Performance Evaluation Tool
- Evaluate the effectivity of learning and development programs implemented.
Amend and revise learning and development programs as necessary, to ensure relevance in the changing work environment.- Collaborate with the Learning Academy and People Engagement Team to help address training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Plan and initiate programs within an approved budget.
- Keep up to date with current and relevant learning and development trends.
Suggest new learning and development methodologies relevant to the needs of the stations.
