Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in either Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design techniques.
With strong understanding of administrative process
Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office platforms
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive logistics for training programs such as communication, scheduling training sessions, attendance, progress tracking, assessments, and overall program success
Work closely with HR to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge through assessments and feedback and develop training programs effectively.
Develop comprehensive training programs
Facilitate training sessions and workshops using different methodologies to foster comprehensive employee skill and knowledge enhancement.
Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Evaluate the impact of development programs and implement make necessary improvements.
Performs other duties assigned
