JOB DESCRIPTION- Provides training and information of the business policies and procedure.
- Assist in training, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Participates and contributes in the Training needs which are assigned by the Franchise Relations Manager.
- Created training materials based on the training design which includes Franchise Manual Guides, Presentation Slides, and supplementary materials for all types of Training Programs.
- Facilitates Train-the-Trainer Sessions regarding content and curriculum on the assigned Training Program.
- Mentors and guides all personnel on all customer satisfaction.
- Provides weekly and monthly reports to the Department Head regarding Training Performance, Analysis, Projects and Results.
- Identifies and assess future and current training needs.
- To act as professional contact with clients for contractual matters.
- Develop and implement procedure and administration in compliance with company policy.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as customer information sheets.
- Ensure that all contracts are updated, signed, notarized and delivered to the client in a timely manner.
- Organize facilities and manage all events details and conduct pre-and-post event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.
