Ensures design and implementation of core curriculum for all employees (e.g. Standards, Code of Conduct)
- Conducts orientation, facilitates learning and development sessions, demonstrations, on the job training programs.
Devices training strategies, modules, learning plans specifically geared to employees development.- Identifies vendors and liaises with chosen providers to develop, design and coordinate learning and development programs to ensure they receive appropriate guidance in developing relevant impactful programs.
Assess the readiness of employees for the next level position through having pool of talents and trainers.
- Designs, develops and delivers Train the Trainer sessions for Management, functional training partners supporting ongoing leadership and developmental opportunities.
Seek opportunities and coordinates assignments to support career path management and development activities for high potential leaders to ensure growth and retention.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field- Experience in the field of Operations, Human Resources, and Learning & People Development
Experience in developing of a training plan
